9/6/2024: still working on PS5. PS: When I pressed L3+X with the second controller, I got 100 extra orbs. I ended with 1300 orbs.

How can I see how many orbs I've already collected?

I’m not sure why it doesn’t work for me. I’ve done it for a while and when I did the second controller it added 1000. That’s the last trophy I need. It didn’t work for me as of may 19, 2024. I’ll try other methods but it looks like it works for many!

Works as of 02/20/2024!!! God bless this video because I was not about to hunt those precursor orbs again. I had to do that on Vita and almost lost my sanity as it is

As of 01/07/2024 it still works. I will say this. When I tried the second controller method. It didn’t give me the trophy. So I had to load up an old save that had about 96 orbs. And logged in a second controller(different profile) and it gave me over 1000 orbs. But only the 300 orb trophy popped up. So I reloaded my save and started until I reached 306 orbs and activated the second controller. Then I got the platinum. It seems like it does give 300 orbs. Even though what is shown is over 1000

Everything was going smooth until i got up to the “monk temple” part. When I press L2 and R2 it doesn’t let me fly. I spawn in the same spot as you. Super frustrating •_•

Still works Sat, Nov 18 2023 You need to press X as the timer runs out to fall down and collect orb then restart the mission. Once you get 300 orbs, press L3 + X at the pause menu and you should get the other 300 orbs for the 600 orbs trophy.

Its not working for me. Did everything and got over 13k orbs and no trophy pop

So you HAVE to get 300 on order for the 600 orb trophy to pop? I got the 300 to pop bit not the 600.

Doing this, once I go to “destroy final boss” it just starts me up at the beginning of that mission, not to where you are at so I’m unsure what I’m supposed to do

a bit more tricky but another way you can do it without flying is go up to the orb and punch into the orb at the last possible moment. You will need punch into it when there's about less than half a second left. Mission will fail, but you will still have collected the orbs if you times it right

last 2 trophies i need for the platinum are actually the last 2 orb trophies(200 and 600, i think its 200🤔) This might actually help if it still works in 2023
